There
are very strict rules regarding donations
- Ballot groups may accept contributions from individuals or
persons without limitation. This includes corporations, unions,
organizations, as well as individuals and organizations from
outside Alaska.
- Nonresident individuals and groups may contribute an unlimited
amount to ballot groups.
- Any individual who contributes $500 or an increment of $500
over the course of a year to a ballot group must file a Statement
of Contributions (Form
15-5) within 30 days of making the contribution.

Please include the following information even if your contribution
is under the $500 amount:
Name and address (what's printed on your check is sufficient)
You must include your occupation and/or employer including
address.
(APOC Rule: Report all contributions up to $250 by Date, Check
Number, Contributor Name and Address. Report all contributions
in excess of $250 by Date, Check Number, Contributor Name, Address,
Principal Occupation and Employer. If you contribute $500 or more
you must send contribution Form 15-5 directly to APOC)
